Not us English you won't. The Irish, assuming that they're going to finish
second will be playing a team from the Asian groups. Don't know who that
is.
Germany (who organised a couple of friendlies for the Playoff dates -
arrogant sods) will face either Belarus or Ukraine.
Can't remember who Scotland would face if they finished second.
